History of Mirasoft Group

Miratech-PRO Ltd was founded in 1989 by a group of scientists of the Institute for Cybernetics (leading research institute of the National Academy of Sciences) in Kiev, Ukraine.

• 1989 - Miratech-Pro foundation ("Criteria Ltd.").
• 1991 - Master agreement with Swiss company LYNX Software Research AG.
• 1991 - First large outsourcing contract in Switzerland (LYNX Software Research AG).
• 1991 - Localizing of integrated software accounting system Miracle Classic (by LYNX Software Research AG). Start of development of own version for Ukraine.
• 1992 - First contracts for Miracle Classic implementation at Ukrainian market.
• 1992 - Establishing new Swiss company Miratech AG 100% oriented for common business with Miratech-Pro.
• 1992 - Establishing branch of Miratech AG in Kiev on the base of a department of Miratech-Pro.
• 1992 - Miratech Software Group foundation (Miratech AG, Miratech-Pro) as informal union. Common projects.
• 1992 - Start of regular outsourcing activity at Swiss market
• 1993 - First successful implementation of Miracle Classic. At that time it was a first and single complete solution in Ukraine for midmarket companies.
• 1993 - First large human recourse leasing contract.
• 1994 - Development and implementation of first POS system in Ukraine for the first supermarket in Ukraine.
• 1995 - First participation in CEBIT.
• 1995 - First outsourcing contracts in Western Europe (outside Switzerland).
• 1997 - First large outsourcing contract in US (Dakota Imaging).
• 1997 - Close of Miracle Classic activity. Result- about complete 100 implementations at Ukraine. Start of development client server ERP product Virtuoso.
• 1998 - Participation in development of Miracle xrp in Switzerland.
• 1998 - Individual Software Development (ISWD) department establishing for worldwide outsourcing activity.
• 1998 - VIRTUOSO - ERP Solution for domestic market announced. First pilot projects.
• 1999 - Foundation of daughter company Miratech Service (VIRTUOSO consulting and implementation).
• 2000 - Closing of Miratech AG. Mirasoft Ltd is established. All team was move from Miratech AG to Mirasoft Ltd. Permanent subcontracts from Mirasoft Ltd. Concept of flexible using of common corporate resources.
• 2000 - Foundation of Miratech International Ltd (MIL) on the base ISWD department of Miratech Pro.
• 2001 - MIL leaves Miratech Software Group. MSG is renamed as Mirasoft Group (Mirasoft Ltd., Miratech-Pro Ltd.+ Miratech-Service Ltd.).
• 2002 - Implementation of Virtuoso in Switzerland (Zimco Co).
• 2003 - Implementation of Virtuoso in France (Intercarat Co).
• 2004 - Marka Ltd.
buys general rights for distribution of Virtuoso at Ukrainian market and for further development.
